Whitelist? What is that?

Whitelisting is allowing emails from a certain email addresses to be allowed into your email inbox. It’s something you want to do if you want to make sure someone’s email comes into your email inbox instead of your spam or promotional email folder.

What will happen if I don’t whitelist you?

Some or all of our emails may end up in your spam or promotional email folder, and you may miss them. For instance we may email you about a workshop we’re having in a few days, but you may miss it because it was in your spam folder.

 

Want to make sure that doesn’t happen? Just follow the steps below.

 

iPhone

  1. Tap the sender’s from name

  1. Choose “Create New Contact”

Android

1. Tap the picture of the sender

2. Tap the add to contacts icon

3. Tap “Create new contact” or “New Contact”

4. Choose the correct account if you are signed into multiple email addresses

5. Tap Save

 

G-mail

  1. In your inbox, locate an e-mail from us (the email address is in the photos above)
  2. Drag this e-mail to the “primary” tab of your inbox.

3. When asked, “Do this for future messages?” select “Yes

  1. In the future, you will see our e-mails go to your primary folder.

 

OR

 

1. Open an e-mail from us in your inbox
2. Hover over the sender’s name (International Dentist Central)
3. A tiny box will appear and make sure to select “Add to contacts” to save us to your Contact list

Apple Mail

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address (mail@internationaldentistcentral.com)
  3. Click add to contacts

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open our email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “…”
  4. Choose “Add to contacts”
  5. Add additional information if needed
  6. Click save to finish

Windows Live Mail

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “Add”
  4. Add additional information if needed
  5. Click save to finish

AOL

  1. Click “Contacts” in the left toolbar
  2. Click “New Contact”
  3. Add contacts information
  4. Choose “Add Contact” to save

Hotmail

  1. Open a message from the desired sender.
  2. Click Mark as safe next to the From name and address.
  3. Now click Add contact.

 

 

Outlook 2000/ Outlook 11

  1. Open a message from us.
  2. In the From field, right-click the email address
  3. Click the Add to Contacts link in the menu
  4. Click the OK button

 

Outlook 2010/Outlook 2013

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 / 2013
  2. In the home tab, click the Junk drop down menu
  3. Then click Junk Email Options

  1. Navigate to the Safe Recipients tab
  2. Click the Add button
  3. Type in mail@internationaldentistcentral.com , then click okay.

Outlook Express 6

  1. Open a message from us
  2. In the From field, right-click the email address
  3. Click the Add to Address Book link in the menu
  4. Click the OK button
